Learn how coffee, nappies and roads are leading the charge for a sustainable future

We are all aware of the mounting pile of plastic on the planet. Single-use plastics are the main culprit: used for a few seconds but their impact on the planet can last for thousands of years.

Following Plastic-Free July 2020, hear from three British companies who are leading the way in the fight against plastic waste, while helping the UK meet its ambitions to cut carbon emissions to net zero by 2050.

Speakers included:

  • Daniel Hardej from Moving Beans - creators of sustainable coffee capsules
  • Roddy McEwen from MacRebur - who use plastic waste to make sustainable and durable roads
  • Guy Schanschieff from Bambino Mio - who are helping more parents use reusable nappies
  • Moderator - James Lush, Founder & Director of Lush - The Content Agency

We were also delighted to have Rebecca Prince-Ruiz, the founder of the Plastic-Free July movement, join us to make the opening remarks.
