Logistics - Visas - How to apply
Logistics
Delegates will be responsible for booking and paying for their own flights, accommodation and having appropriate insurance. DIT will provide in-country transport for the trade mission.
Visas
A valid visa will be required for this mission. The sponsorship letter will be provided by Sagia. We have had good experience with using Gulf Visa to obtain Saudi visas although a number of companies can offer a similar service. Note that the Saudi Embassy will stop taking visa applications from 18 December until 2 January 19 and so we highly recommend you submit all paperwork as soon as possible and latest by 12th December.
