Sign up to join the UK virtual pavilion at the World Of Drones And Robotics Congress 2020

The UK's Department for International Trade is delighted to invite you to exhibit at the World Of Drones And Robotics Congress (WODARC), Brisbane, Australia on the 12th-13th November 2020.

We currently have 8 spaces available for highly innovative UK businesses in the drone and drone applications, defence, robotics, aviation, AI and technology sectors to join us at the largest and leading drone applications event in the Australian-Pacific region, WODARC. The congress is supported by the State Government of Queensland, Australia's defence forces and the aviation safety agency.

This is a great opportunity to reach commercial and government users and consumers of drone and robotics and their applications throughout Australia and across the Pacific.

About the Exhibition:

WODARC brings together approximately 700 to 1000 delegates annually from the drone, robotics, autonomous systems, defence, application development, AI, government, academic, emergency services and industry sectors.

In 2020 WODARC will be presented as a Hybrid event, providing in-person and virtual participation options for exhibitors, delegates and presenters. The physical congress and exhibition will be held in accordance with prevailing COVID-safe guidelines with virtual delegate and exhibition participation offered to anyone who cannot travel to Brisbane.

WODARC traditionally features an exhibition of suppliers of drones, drone applications and operators of drone services. This year the exhibition has been extended to include robotics. Physical displays by the Australian Army, Royal Flying Doctor Service and the Queensland Robotics Cluster will be a centrepiece of the exhibition. Exhibitors include Australian and international suppliers. All physical exhibitors will also be assigned a virtual exhibition package.

The congress programme features prominent Australian and international speakers. The speakers list can be viewed at the official congress website.

UK Virtual Pavilion:

A pavilion featuring up to 8 UK companies will be created in the WODARC Virtual exhibition. These companies will each receive:

  • 2 x Full WODARC delegate registrations, providing access to all WODARC sessions in real-time. All sessions will be recorded and available to registered delegates and exhibitors through to the end of March 2021.
  • Representation and product information placement in the UK Trade physical booth which will be located within the exhibition venue. Local representatives of your company are able to take part.
  • A virtual booth where they can feature products and services and upload sales material for download by visitors. Virtual and physical delegates visiting the virtual booth will be able to request an on-line meeting with virtual exhibitors in real-time or make arrangements to meet at a mutually convenient time.
  • The WODARC 2020 App, a digital handbook to the congress featuring networking facilities with physical and virtual delegates and other exhibitors.

There is no cost to participate in the UK virtual pavilion.

This trade mission is open to UK companies including those with local offices in the region.

Additional participation options:

UK speaker opportunity - Whilst the program for WODARC is already in place, they may be able to offer opportunities for UK companies to be included in their panel discussions.

Pitch to Australian VC's - A pitch event is being organised as part of WODARC and they are presently reviewing companies to include in this session.
