About the event
This webinar will bring together leaders from the financial and professional services industry to discuss the importance of gender balance and diversity in modern workplaces and beyond, and how to foster an empowering environment which supports women leaders. As part of the recent Pledge for Progress initiative, the UK in India Network committed itself to empowering people from all genders to break down gender norms, and build a society with gender equality and diversity at its heart.
The panel discussion will give the audience an opportunity to hear from industry leaders on why gender diversity is so important, share best practice and celebrate positive experiences. The panel will also focus on understanding impact of the pandemic on women in the workplace and how to mitigate its negative consequences.
