Trends in the industry itself and in the industries that influence performance of the sector influence a view on the future prospects for the industry and its position within the global air cargo market. UK’s trade transported by air with India is among the highest. While Air freight accounts for under 1% of trade in top ten non-EU trading partners, India’s share of air trade with the UK stands at 1.5%.
