Travel and Accommodation 

Please below information and recommendations on visas, travel and accommodation for the UK Trade Mission to Saudi Arabia.

Visas

Before travelling to Saudi Arabia you will need to register for a tourist visa. This is a simple process and can be completed online here.

Travel

For those travelling to Jeddah for the first part of the visit, you should arrive in Jeddah on Friday 31 January, or the morning of Saturday 1 February in order to to attend the mission briefing. 

For the internal flight to Riyadh, we would recommend you to book the 9am on flight from Jeddah on Monday 3 February. There are two available flights with operators Saudi Airlines and Flynas.

For delegates travelling to Riyadh direct please arrive on Monday 3 February ahead of the exhibition opening time of 4pm. Our mission programme of supporting meetings will commence the following day on Tuesday 4 February. We will provide further details in due course.

Accommodation

For the mission, two hotels have been chosen that are perfect for all mission participants seeking the most convenient place to stay.

The Department for International Trade have secured discounts on the normal rates with the two venues listed below for all participating companies on the mission. When booking, please use the below contacts at each hotel and mention during booking that your reservation is part of the British Consulate Group in order to receive the available rate.
