About the event
The Department for International Trade will be taking part in a trade mission to The Florida International Trade & Cultural EXpo (FITCE)
63 countries have confirmed that they will be taking trade delegations to the trade expo which is a great opportunity to engage with potential buyers, distributors and partners from across the USA, Latin America, the Caribbean and the rest of the world. Broward County boasts the largest transhipment port to that region, an international airport with direct air flights to all the major cities in the USA, Latin America, and the Caribbean, a vibrant economy with a diverse, skilled workforce, offering unique advantages that attract all types of businesses from all over the world including in world-class arts and culture.
HIGHLIGHTS
FITCE 2019 will take place on 9th & 10th October, 2019 at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Centre, welcoming former heads of state, high level representatives of international governments and international Consulates with their trade teams, foreign Chambers of Commerce and business delegations and local experts in the field of international trade.
FITCE 2019 will feature a World Expo Marketplace comprised of international and local Florida exhibitors, as well as an educational component with sessions and panels such as signature seminars:
- 11 Steps to Exporting – A Roadmap to your Exporting Success!
- How to Import in the United States
- How to Bring your Business to the USA
- American and International Buyers Panel and two special segments :
- Doing Business with the World
- Speed Matchmaking with Country Representatives that will have consulates, trade commissions, bi-national chambers and delegation representatives from 63 countries.
