Formatted around 5 key marketing frameworks, this course is designed to help you identify your target customers, define your unique message and create a plan that ensures your message is delivered at the right time.

•    Understanding how to audit current performance

•    Brand positioning – How to create a tangible document to help communicate what your brand stands for, to your team, customers and partners
•    How to set targets, objectives, website goals, KPIs and define segments.
•    How to create a bespoke measurement framework to measure success.


Session Two – Thursday 21st February 2019
Targeting and Planning

•    Which platform should we use?
•    Developing a distribution channel plan for your business. 
•    The customer buying cycle - defining key customer journeys
•    From theory to action - developing an action plan and content marketing calendar
