About the event

Germany has a Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of more than €3  trillion. This makes it the largest economy in Europe and the fourth  strongest economy in the world…

Germany is the UK’s largest export market in Europe and second largest globally after the US. Its consistently strong economic performance offers long-term growth potential for UK businesses. It’s a similar market to the UK with similar business risks and requirements. If your product or service is successful in the UK, there’s a good chance you’ll be successful in Germany.

This half day training will help you to improve your communication with partners in the region. Knowing your way around the dos and dont’s in business culture will save you from uncomfortable miscommunications.

The training will cover:

  • business cultures: religion, language, values, beliefs and customs
  • different business and economic environments
  • business communication and negotiation styles
  • challenges and solutions for doing business in individual markets
  • understanding and overcoming common trade barriers / pitfalls
  • market entry and protecting your business
  • ease of doing business
  • e-commerce strategy

Who is this workshop for?
