If you were disappointed at our performance at your last show or want to improve your performance at the next, this might be the workshop for you.

The Department for International Trade North East in partnership with ProExtra have designed this interactive workshop with practical advice, hints and models to assist exporting Tees Valley companies to improve their performance and maximise conversion rates on the leads generated.

The Workshop will include:

  • Setting relevant exhibition SMART Objectives
  • Budget planning
  • Calculating ROI
  • Evaluating value for money stand design
  • Investing in crucial pre-show marketing
  • Embedding effective lead capture systems
  • Post-show lead conversion & sales strategy

By the end of the workshop, delegates will understand how to prepare better; implement and evaluate trade event plans to drive a return on investment and subsequent business growth.

This workshop is for both first-time exhibitors as well as experienced ones, who are keen to improve their performance at international events. It is part of the ERDF funded ‘Expanding Tees Valley presence in Overseas Markets’ project.
