The British Embassy Warsaw and Polish Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology have the great pleasure to invite you to the 2nd UK - Polish Business, Trade and Investment (BTI) Forum on 27-28 June at the Sofitel Hotel (Królewska 11, Warsaw).

This will consist of an evening reception on 27 June, which will showcase the strength and breadth of the UK-Polish business relationship.  And on 28 June, following the success of the 1st edition in 2018, the UK and Polish Governments have agreed that the theme of this year’s BTI Forum will be clean growth - a major challenge faced by both our countries.

The Forum will be:

  • A chance to hear first-hand from UK and Polish ministers and top business representatives about how the drive for clean growth is helping to provide new opportunities for business in UK, Poland and globally.

  • A platform for business to share their experience, air their views, and engage with the opportunities and challenges presented by clean growth. For more details regarding the programme please see attached agenda.

  • A unique chance for Polish and UK businesses representatives to connect with a broad range of potential partners, clients and investors, and to hear from experts and analysts about the latest trends and challenges – whether in manufacturing or services, hi-tech or traditional sectors.

The BTI Forum will consist of a reception and short plenary session on the big issues. These will be followed by breakout sessions offering a chance to deep dive into specialist sectors such as e-mobility, offshore wind and other renewables. As well as sessions aimed at mainstream business, such as how green finance can help business to green their operations, and how tech can help achieve clean growth.

The forum is aimed primarily at business people, but also at people who care about business and clean growth, whether from public administration, research or NGOs. Join us and help us to build clean growth together!
