Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Venue: Online

Food and drink opportunities in Canada are plentiful with many buyers seeking UK companies with the ability to offer a variety of products and in particular, foods associated with wellbeing or private label capabilities are in demand.

With a similar legal structure and business practices compared to the UK, few trade restrictions and strong business and consumer base, it is no surprise that Canada is ranked 18th out of 190 countries for ease of doing business, making it a very attractive market to export to for UK companies.

Canada has a federal structure which means that business activities are affected by regulation and laws at federal, provincial and local levels. This can make doing business challenging for first time exporters to the country.

For this reason, we have developed a webinar which will take you through the considerations UK food and drink companies need to make when exporting their products to Canada.
