About the webinar on 6 July 2020 from 11:30 to 12:30 CET
The UK government has now officially clarified that they will not request an extension of the current transition period. The UK will therefore effectively leave the EU on 31st December 2020.
As this transition will have a significant impact on all industries on both sides of the Channel, KPMG, in cooperation with the British Embassy, organizes a webinar to examine the upcoming challenges and opportunities in this new international scenario.
The purpose of the webinar is to provide stakeholders with information on how to prepare the movements of goods between both territories and stay competitive in the new environment.
The meeting, in English, will take place on Monday 06 July, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, exclusively in digital mode. We look forward to discuss these topics with our distinguished guest from the British Embassy and our KPMG Avocats Experts.
Our Speakers :
- Paul Taylor, Chief Operating Officer, Department for International Trade (DIT) France
- Stéphane Chasseloup, Head of Trade & Customs practice in France, KPMG Avocats
- Olivier Sorgniard, Director, Trade & Customs practice, KPMG Avocats
