Video calls have become a crucial part of our business and personal life. In this three-part workshops series, join the Department for International Trade (DIT) as we navigate the changing landscape of global communication. We'll be joined by Bob Spence, international specialist in lead generation and negotiation and Kasia Lanucha, a Cambridge University lecturer and cross-cultural communication specialist.

These free online events are designed to give you the confidence to lead successful video calls, as we look at how to keep people engaged, how to manage business development and the differences in culture that might affect your next virtual meeting.
