Call for speakers/ panel members / pitch session participants for virtual events
Virtual Event Series
The Department for International Trade’s UK Defence and Security Export (UK DSE) team will be hosting a series of virtual events targeting the cyber security markets of Nigeria, Kenya and Indonesia.
UK DSE is currently seeking expressions of interest to take part in these events as a speaker, panel member or pitch session participant. These events will offer an opportunity to connect to these overseas markets, gain understanding of local conditions for trade and a platform to showcase your business.
The intention is to hold these events in January and February 2021 to include panel discussions, pitching sessions, information presentations about local trade conditions and opportunities for live questions.
The events will focus on cyber security solutions for the following sectors:
- Nigeria – Finance Sector
- Kenya – Finance/Agri-Tech/Health Sectors
- Indonesia – Heath Sector

The virtual events are supported in parallel with specific market research and it is hoped will lead to physical events in Country in 2021/2 should COVID-19 restrictions permit.
