About Event

Continuous operational efficiency gains, the rise of low-cost airlines and the growing convenience of air travel have contributed to an increased number of flights and consequent demand for MROs. Despite a dip in air travel globally in 2020 as a result of COVID, figures for India show domestic travel is half its usual levels, this is set to increase with India’s vaccination programme. The UK has strong capabilities in infrastructural capacity, talent and the skills in the MRO sector. This makes the UK an ideal partner for India in Aircraft component repairs and airframe maintenance segments in India.
