The development of COVID-19 vaccines has provided a lifeline in the fight against the pandemic. But the evolving nature of the virus, and the huge demand for vaccines worldwide, means that increasing manufacturing capability is now a global health imperative. Vaccine manufacturing depends on complicated supply chains and research ecosystems, presenting immense challenges but also exciting opportunities.

This webinar on Vaccines Manufacturing: COVID-19 and Beyond, delivered by the UK Department for International Trade (DIT) for our valued contacts around Europe, will explore the latest research and innovations in vaccine manufacturing, not just  to address today's COVID-19 pandemic, but to prepare us for the future.

This virtual event will bring together key actors to discuss these current and future challenges, and identify areas for collaboration. Expert speakers include representatives from the UK government's Vaccines Taskforce, MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency), VMIC (Vaccines Manufacturing Innovation Centre), as well as Oxford Biomedica, Valneva and other leading companies and organisations.
