Bio

Luis de Mattos is a naval engineer graduated from UFRJ with a master's degree in transport from Chalmers University of Technology. Managed innovation and technology projects at Volvo Sweden and France. He was president of SOBENA and awarded the diploma of honor for his contribution to national engineering by the Brazilian Navy. Today he holds the position of CEO of RBNA Consult.
