Bio
He has over 20 years of professional experience, most of that time in senior roles such as a manager or project and team leader. During this period, he worked in the areas of economic regulation, project finance, infrastructure concessions, exploration and operation of services and transport infrastructure, planning, policy formulation and infrastructure financing, information systems in transport, airports, railways, highways, urban transport , road transport of passengers and cargo, civil engineering, geotechnical, construction and paving, among others. He has been working in the Brazilian Federal Government since March / 2010, as a public servant in the career of specialist in civil aviation regulation at the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC). He worked in all the first five rounds of airport concessions, both in the structuring, analysis, selection of EVTEAs and contractual design, as well as in the management and inspection of concession contracts, having already performed the functions of service quality manager, concession manager of airports, technical manager of economic regulation advisory and market monitoring, technical manager of economic regulation of airport infrastructure, president of the study selection commission (EVTEAs) for airport concessions in Guarulhos, Brasília and Viracopos and vice president of the commission of bidding for concessions for the airports of Fortaleza, Salvador, Florianópolis and Porto Alegre (4th round). He holds a PhD in Transport from the University of Brasília - UnB (2012), Master in Logistics and Port Management from the Universitat Politècnica de València - UPV/Spain (2021) and Fundación ValenciaPort, Master in Transport Engineering from the University of São Paulo - USP (2001) ), Trainee in Urban Transport Planning and Project at JICA/Japan (2008) with a 70-day internship in Tokyo, and Civil Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Ceará - UFC (1998)
