Bio

She used to work at the Ministry of Infrastructure in the economic area, with an emphasis on finance, macroeconomics and infrastructure financing, at the National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES), where she dedicated herself to the development of investment policies in variable income and the structuring of Concessions/PPPs. In 2018, she gained experience in Environmental, Social and Governance – ESG, particularly in Impact FinTechs in the American Silicon Valley. In 2021, it started to contribute to the agenda of fostering instruments at MINFRA, namely, the Merchant Marine Fund, Incentive Debentures and REIDI, as well as improving the structure of concessions in transport and logistics in the country. Sharisse Monteiro has a degree in Economic Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), a Masters in Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, an MBA from the Hult International Business School and an international specialization in Strategic Management from the London Business School.
