The Department for International Trade South East of England, has put together this 'Preparing and Refining Your Business Pitch' webinar, the second in a series of 3*. The programme is designed to help UK companies prepare and refine their pitch for Farnborough International Airshow’s Meet the Buyer Programme or alternative online sales pitching.

This webinar will help you learn to pitch like a pro, fine-tune your sales delivery and be ready to deliver and convert in an online envrionment - you cannot afford to miss this essential one-stop shop to pitching virtually.


Why should you attend the Preparing and Refining Your Business Pitch webinar?

Meet our speaker

   

Julie Collins
Strategic Marketing Consultant & Pitch Specialist - Collins & Collins

  • Following her Honours graduation in Economics from Loughborough University, Julie joined United Biscuits marketing department where she was heavily involved in new products, packaging, branding, promotion, advertising and PR. Her most memorable achievement was launching McVitie’s HobNobs
  • Julie then moved to the agency side, taking the role as client services director for Coley Porter Bell, one of London’s top strategic design consultancies and part of the global WPP group, working with brands like Lego, ICI, RHM and KP
  • For the last 15 years Julie has been working extensively on behalf of DIT, preparing companies to attend overseas trade shows, preparing IT entrepreneurs to pitch for investment and facilitating consultation projects on the future of the Government’s missions and events programme

 

Who should attend the Preparing and Refining Your Business Pitch webinar?

Suitability criteria – companies must:

  • Be small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) according to the European SME definition
  • Be based in the South East of England or London
  • Be registered in the UK

Your application will be reviewed based on the eligibility requirements stated above and we will be in touch if your application has been successful.
