DIT’s International Trade Day
Join the Department for International Trade (DIT) on 6 February 2019 at our Subsea Expo - International Trade Day, held in the Forbes Suite of the AECC in Aberdeen. DIT is offering UK-based Oil & Gas supply chain companies the unique chance to connect with energy trade officials from around the globe, meet potential customers from key international markets and discuss business opportunities.
DIT will host essential country briefing sessions on key global markets: Azerbaijan, Brazil, Egypt, Iran, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mexico, Mozambique, Nigeria, Norway, Senegal/Mauritania. Networking opportunities will also be available.
Delegates will learn about new business opportunities arising from operators’ latest global project developments and their subsea requirements, and also hear from UK Export Finance, Export Licensing officials and global Offshore Wind specialists.
DIT will share the latest advice on market entry strategies, financing for exporters and overseas buyers of UK capital goods and services and compliance with export controls.
Delegates can meet key buyers and make critical contacts needed to access global markets. This year we will be joined by delegations including SOCAR from Azerbaijan, Pergas from Iran, with others from Mexico and Brazil soon to be confirmed.
