The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) is recruiting UK companies to exhibit at the AAHAR tradeshow in India, 4-8 March 2025 as part of the UK Pavilion.
AAHAR is the biggest B2B event in India and the largest food and hospitality expo in South Asia. The event is organised by India Trade Promotion body of the Government of India. If you are looking to expand in the Indian and South Asian markets, this is a key show to be at.
There are limited places on the DBT stand, and this opportunity is only open to companies who are ready to export to India, or do so already. In addition, companies must have a physical representative at the tradeshow for the duration of the Programme: arriving 2nd March, departing 9th March (morning) or 10th March.
Recruitment is open for the following product categories only: health/wellbeing, dairy, vegan products, snacks, confectionery, sauces, soft drinks. There is strong demand for these categories in the Indian market. Please note this is a food only show – alcoholic drinks are not a category being exhibited.
The offer is for premium exhibition space on the UK Pavilion. Companies must pay a small fee of £500 (plus VAT) to confirm their place on the mission. In addition, companies will have to meet travel/accommodation/sample shipping costs. For further information about shipping costs, see below.
