With the explosion of experiential and immersive events across real and virtual worlds, UK band Miro Shot have proven themselves to be at the forefront of a paradigm shift in live music and technology, with their ground-breaking live virtual reality and augmented reality concert.

Audiences will experience a one-of-a-kind live concert, transported between the real world and the virtual, powered by technology created by the band's UK tech startup Mirocolabs.

Last year's show was completely sold out with queues going around the block. This will be a unique opportunity to experience an unforgettable live concert before the band's World Tour and festival appearances later in the year, so reserve your place now!

OUTSIDE – On the façade on the building

Discover the interactive installation on the exterior of UK house to listen to each night's line up at the British Music Embassy.

A collaboration between the British Music Embassy and creative technology studio Novalia, the installation enables attendees and passers by a unique opportunity to discover British music at SXSW. Designed to be both practical and playful, the project poses the question; in a technological future, how will artists and fans discover, share and experience music?

Novalia uses technology to recentre music into the physical, enabling playful discovery in accessible, public environments. Using printed conductive ink and a small circuit board, Novalia enables traditional, analog surfaces to come to life, creating immersive spaces and unexpected interventions that allow people to experience music in new ways. Novalia’s technology has enabled vinyl covers to become working DJ turntables, albums to be released as paper posters and fans to remix tracks from artists on printed street murals.
