Open Call for Sponsorship: UK-African Investment Summit 2024

The event

Taking place in London on 23rd and 24th April 2024, the UK-African Investment Summit will build on the success of the first UK-African Investment Summit held in 2020, underlining the UK’s continuing commitment to strengthen and evolve our broad, longstanding ties with many African countries and institutions. 
 
The Summit will be hosted by the Prime Minister and will combine the best of the UK’s and individual African partners’ capabilities, strengths, innovations, and expertise, highlighting the UK as a reliable, trustworthy and long-term investment and trade partner.​ 

Audience

This invitation-only event will bring together approximately 1600 attendees, comprised of delegates from the UK and African private sectors, NGOs, Think Tanks and UK-backed development finance institutions, and international and regional organisations. 

25 African nations have been invited to attend the summit at leader level. UK participation will be led by the Prime Minister, Foreign Secretary and the Secretary of State for Business and Trade. ​Additional Cabinet Ministers and Ministers are expected to be in attendance. ​ 

Sponsorship

The UK Government is looking for corporate sponsors to support the delivery of the Summit. We are particularly interested in UK and African businesses and organisations with an existing presence in Africa. Sponsorship is an excellent opportunity to closely align with this high-profile event and engage with an influential audience.
