Avantgarde is the prime design contractor for the UK Pavilion. 

The global brand experience agency has offices in 10 cities worldwide. Previous clients include Mercedes-Benz, Samsung and Ferrari.

 

Studio Es Devlin

Studio Es Devlin is a London-based predominantly female design practice that works closely with artist and designer Es Devlin to develop and produce artworks, installations and touring stage sculptures for opera, dance, concerts and theatre. The majority of the team trained as architects and many have worked in other fields including music, film, fashion, interiors and coding. Members of the studio regularly give talks and work as tutors for a number of educational institutions including UCL and the RCA. The studio also hosts educational workshops and events in order to expose young people to the relevance of the creative arts for a contemporary, global Britain.

Design Consortium

Pico

Pico is the prime construction contractor for the UK Pavilion. Pico was selected for its long history of delivery at World Expos, having been involved in the delivery of over 80 country Pavilions. Hong Kong-based Pico has a 50-year track record of brand activation and has been in the UK since the 1980s. Previous clients include BMW, Jaguar and LEGO.

McLaren

Alongside brand activation firm Pico, McLaren has been chosen as the main construction subcontractor for the UK Pavilion. McLaren brings a wealth of experience in the construction and development industry, with established operations in the UK and United Arab Emirates. Essex-based McLaren employs 700 people across the UK and United Arab Emirates. Previous construction clients include Etihad Airways, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and the O2 in London.

Mace Group

London-based Mace Group is the project management and cost control contractor for the UK Pavilion. Mace is an international consultancy and construction firm with its headquarters in London. Mace previously provided project management services for the iconic ‘Seed Cathedral’, the UK Pavilion at Expo 2010 Shanghai.

Living Hospitality

Living Hospitality has been appointed to deliver the catering for the UK Pavilion. Known for providing their services for re-known events worldwide, they specialise in creating food and beverage concepts to satisfy the most discerning palates.

 

ServeU

ServeU has been appointed as the HR services and staffing provider to the UK Pavilion.

ServeU is a leading facilities management services provider within the United Arab Emirates. With 35 years of experience within the sector, the Dubai headquartered company employ 5000 people and manage over 900 projects throughout the region.

Bray Leino Events

Bray Leino has been appointed to deliver the events programme for the UK Pavilion.

They deliver award-winning event installations, activations and experiences for some of the world’s leading brands and businesses. They offer Clients end to end creative and strategic support around every aspect of event management and delivery. From planning and design to digital amplification and communications. Bray Leino Events is part of The Mission Marketing Group.

Innovision

Innovision is a creative live event and experiential agency based in London; with an award-winning track record of global delivery. This includes many high-profile UK Government event programmes and activations; including the GREAT festival of Creativity, Shanghai, The UK Pavilion at Expo 2015 Milan, British House, Rio and the GREAT Festival of Innovation, Hong Kong.

Resource Futures

Resource Futures have been appointed as a renewables consultant contractor to provide decommissioning opportunities for the UK Pavilion.

The Bristol-based environmental consultancy firm have worked with clients across the public and private sector to enable their positive management of material resources.

Lowe

Established in 1977 in Northern Ireland, Lowe has progressed to be a globally recognised brand for innovation, ambition and high-quality products and service in rental of refrigeration and catering equipment, specialising in the exhibitions, events and retail markets. Lowe is providing the kitchen for the UK Pavilion.

GIG

Global Infusion Group (GIG) provided support to DIT to develop a hospitality concept for phase 1 of the UK Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai project.  This work has now been completed.

KPS

KPS is a technology-led and design-focused interior contractor. Over the past 30 years, KPS has transformed over 15 million square feet of commercial space. With a presence in nine countries across Europe and the Middle East, KPS has an annual turnover of US$200 million and over 500 employees. KPS relishes a challenge and the feeling of accomplishment that comes when it solves a problem that others said couldn’t be solved. 

Creative Technology 

Creative Technology (CT) is one of the world’s leading suppliers of specialist audiovisual solutions to the live events industry and system integration markets. With inventoried offices in Europe, the USA, the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions, CT has established itself as a market leader utilising the strong relationship between the international offices.
