UK-Turkey Green Finance Conference - Register Your Interest

The UK-Turkey Green Finance Conference is designed to support the development of a green finance eco-system in Turkey in support of CoP26 objectives. The conference will be developed in close partnership with the Turkish authorities to ensure it supports their objectives related to accessing climate-related finance.
The conference will be held in Mansion House, London, and will be attended by between 200 and 250 senior public and private sector attendees.
The conference will:

Facilitate collaboration between UK and Turkish public and private financial actors, to accelerate the development of regulatory frameworks and access to green finance in Turkey.

Support the exchange of regulatory best-practice, including presenting best practise examples from the UK institutions alongside financial services industry standards for green finance regulations to demonstrate how government can act as an enabler for mainstreaming green finance.

Showcase a pipeline of sustainable projects in Turkey suitable for green finance, to raise the profile of green investment opportunities in Turkey and support Turkish companies to develop relationships with UK institutions and investors.

The Green Finance Conference is intended to be an in-person event in March 2022 in London, UK. We are aware that Covid-19 continues to affect regulations on travel and face-to-face events in both Turkey and the UK, and we will be monitoring the situation closely over the coming months – up to date information will be provided on the event website. We will keep conference participants informed of any changes that may affect attendance in person, and if we have to switch to a hybrid or virtual event, we will notify all participants and speakers at least 3 weeks in advance.
