Award Category 1: Resilience during COVID-19 (National Award)
The global COVID-19 pandemic hit us without warning and fundamentally altered the way we do business. It has affected every sector in some way and has put a lot of strain on many businesses. This award is to recognise those BBN members who have kept fighting despite the hardship and challenges thrown their way. Who have called on their innovation to pivot their business, or support the business they work for to pivot, and adapt to the new normal.

Award Category 2: Business relations with the UK (National Award)
With lockdowns and global travel restricted, business with another country can be difficult and ensuring ongoing relationships can demand creative thinking. With this award, we would like to recognise a BBN member who continued building strong business relations with the UK and/or UK companies throughout 2020.

Award Category 3: BBN support (State-based Award)
The BBN was set up to support the work of the UK's Department for International Trade (DIT) and create a platform for connectivity to our work on international trade and investment. The BBN brings together a wide range of individuals, from all sectors and industries, to create a strong community, who share knowledge and experience to assist one another and the companies that DIT are working with. This award will recognise the ongoing support from a BBN member who remained an active part of the network throughout the year and has continued to offer advice and introductions to other BBN members and DIT.
