XD ONE personal dust monitor

No adapters, wands, filters or pump. A self-contained, real-time personal dust monitor. Small and lightweight at 450g, the device can be worn, pole-mounted, fixed into a cab or stood alone.

All dust is measured and accounted for across a spectrum of 0.35µm - 40µm while maintaining laboratory-grade accuracy in dust-loadings between 0mg/m3 - 1500mg/m3. 

Each device can be easily tailored by its user, including alert-triggering criteria and PM size. Passive TSP data is stored for review, in the bespoke Trolex Breathe Light* software which comes as standard with XD ONE.

Maintenance is simple with no need for annual return-to-base checks. Just a 30 second compliance check every 3 - 6 months*.

Backsense® Radar and Backeye®360 camera monitor system

The ultimate safety solution – an integration of Brigade’s Backsense® Radar object detection and Backeye®360, a camera system to provide the driver with a 360°, bird’s eye view of the vehicle.

Backsense® Radar has a detection length of up to 30m and is designed for heavy duty machines to detect people and objects in blind spots. Integrating up to two sensors with Backeye®360, the on-screen display module warns the driver of objects in the danger zone by overlapping 5-stage audible and visual radar data onto the camera image on the monitor.

Backsense® is tested to -40C and certified to ISO13766: 2006, BS EN 13309:2010 and ISO 5006.

G.Tripod 

The G.Tripod 230 is an EN795 (class B) + TS16415 anchorage device that is durable and lightweight. It provides a secure and stable anchorage for confined space access.

Maximum working load (MWL) 200kg for personnel (safety factor 10:1), and 250kg for loads.
Two sizes available: Standard or Compact.

It may be used as an anchor by more than one person simultaneously, providing the MWL is not exceeded.

The three-pulley head means that equipment can be fitted to any of the legs. The mounting eyes on the underside of the head allow for equipment to also be fitted beneath the head, such as a chain hoist.

The innovative 'compact' size variation allows the device to be stored and transported easily.

May be used in conjunction with the G.Winch and G.Saver II.

SafeSite Facilities Water-filled safety-tested RB22 crash barriers

Our water-filled safety-tested RB22 crash barriers are designed to withstand the impact of errant vehicles travelling up to 50 miles per hour. This makes them ideal for shielding temporary roadworks and areas where highway maintenance is being completed. When filled, the weight of these barriers exceeds half a tonne, absorbing speed and deflecting wayward vehicles, to protect pedestrians and drivers alike. The barriers are constructed from prime UV stabilised polyethylene, and interlock with reinforced steel pins. Steel plates can be affixed to each side of the barrier for added strength and support. Our RB22 crash barriers are fully compatible with our metal hoarding and anti-climb fencing for added site security and privacy. They can also be used with vehicle and pedestrian gates for further site safety and accessibility.

Air-Seal Products tyre sealants can prevent up to 95% of all punctures up to 30 mm and stop all rim, bead and other slow air leaks.
