About the Corporate Action Event
In order for India to meet its emission reduction targets, it needs action from industry as well as government. Commendable action has already been taken by Indian industry and we know that sharing best practice, celebrating achievements and providing tools to increase action is key. Our event ‘Corporate Action’ will highlight the increased number of businesses signing up to ‘race to zero’ campaign and who demonstrate corporate green leadership across industries. Our event will serve as a platform for cross-learning on best practice in these areas in the UK and India.
We will focus on:
- Sharing best practice on corporate action, including on how to ensure a Clean and Resilient Recovery from COVID-19
- Exploring barriers for industry in making commitments
- Facilitating access to the Corporate Green Leadership Alliance
- Introducing the Race-to-Zero campaign
