Introduction 

London Tech Week 2025 (9th – 13th June) is the UK’s largest and most influential tech event. As a global celebration of tech, it unites the most innovative thinkers and talent of tomorrow in a week-long festival with over 45,000 attendees at last year’s main event at Kensington Olympia.   

Complementing the official London Tech Week programme, the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) is curating a programme of events to showcase the strengths of UK tech.

Showcasing UK tech to the world 

DBT’s UK Tech Showcase at London Tech Week 2025 provides an opportunity for UK tech companies, with market-ready products or services, to engage with potential customers, partners and investors from the UK and around the world.  

We’re looking for the UK’s best and brightest tech companies with the ambition to grow their business through export and international collaboration. Applications are sought from companies with novel and innovative solutions in AI, future telecoms, cyber security, quantum and semiconductors.

There is no charge for inclusion in the showcase, however companies are required to fund their own travel, accommodation and any related costs.

We particularly welcome applications from: 

 

  • Small to medium-size companies (fewer than 250 staff and less than or equal to £44m in annual turnover or a balance sheet total of less than or equal to £38m).

  • Interested in exporting.  

  • Led by disabled, ethnic minority, or female founders. 

  • Based outside London & the South East.

Companies selected to join us in the UK Tech Showcase will benefit from:

 

  • An exhibitor pass to London Tech Week 2025 at London Olympia during 9 – 11 June  

  • A space on the DBT stand for one day (Monday June 9 or Tuesday June 10) to demo your technology to potential customers, investors, and partners. 

  • Access to 1-2-1 meeting opportunities with potential customers, partners and investors from our international delegation. 

  • Comms and media amplification through a UK Tech Showcase support package 

  • Access to DBT support on how to scale and grow your business   

International Presence

The Department for Business and Trade will be bringing across a large number of delegates from Europe, North America, India, Australia, and Asia Pacific. Delegates will include;

 

  • Senior Business representatives.

  • Global Investors and Venture Capitalists

  • Technology Specialists
