Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a UK-registered company operating in the mining, critical minerals, energy, clean technology, decarbonisation, electrification, or related supply chain sectors.
- The company must have a product, service, or technology that is commercially available and suitable for the Canadian market.
- Must demonstrate a clear commitment to growing exports and developing commercial opportunities in Québec and Canada.
- The company should have the capacity and resources to pursue opportunities arising from the mission and support potential customers or partners in the Canadian market.
- The mission delegate must be a founder, senior executive, business development lead, export manager, or other decision-maker responsible for international growth.
- Preference will be given to companies that can clearly articulate their target customers, value proposition, and objectives for participating in the mission.
- Companies must be willing to actively participate in the full programme, including briefings, networking events, B2B meetings, and any organised site visits.
- Submission of a completed application form outlining the company's capabilities, export ambitions, and desired outcomes from the mission.
- Companies must comply with all applicable UK export regulations and be eligible to conduct business in Canada.
- Successful delegates will be selected based on the strength of their application, export readiness, potential to benefit from the programme, and alignment with the objectives of the UK delegation to Québec Mines + Energy 2026.
